Sunshine Coast Moreton Bay Disability Supports (SCMB) was established when the two directors identified a need in their local community and could offer a flexible, person centred, human rights focused support model giving participants real choice and control.

The organisation is led by professional, passionate and dedicated directors with over 25 years experience between them in community services. They strive for excellence and to educate those around them to ensure people feel included, respected and able to participate in the lives they choose to lead.

SCMB is a registered NDIS provider delivering a variety of supports in the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and North Brisbane region.

To provide support that develops independence, community and social engagement and respond to the unique needs of each customer and their family.

 

What We Do

We offer person centred supports to new and existing NDIS participants and their families.

We are a registered NDIS provider under the following categories:

0106 Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports Assist- Life, Stage, Transition including Support Connection)
0107 Daily Personal Activities (Assist Personal Activities)
0108 Assistance with travel/transport arrangements
0115 Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement [Daily Tasks/Shared Living]
0117 Development of daily living and life skills
0120 Household Tasks
0125 Participation in community, social and civic activities
0136 Group and Centre Based Activities
